Welcome to the Serene Seven Salon, I can’t wait to meet you! All new guests start working here with a digital consultation form.  This allows me to get to know you and your hair goals so that I can ensure your initial appointment is booked properly.

I understand that this is a general consultation intake form designed so Brandi can help me choose which New Guest Service option that I'm best suited for.

I understand that if I desire a more thorough explanation of the coloring process, or a detailed analysis of my current hair I will need to schedule an in-person consultation.

I understand that by submitting this form it does not guarantee that my goal hair can be achieved in one session.

I understand that by submitting this form it does not mean I have an appointment booked- I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive an email with the recommended appointment that should be booked.

I understand that we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 24 hours notice, I will need to pay a $50 cancellation fee before booking a new appointment.  By clicking the submit button below, I agree to these terms.
